Counting Down

2 more days and we'll be in Hong Kong!

Which is why hubby & I are busy settling the most urgent & important stuff. More so for hubby since he's just back in office yesterday. Another half day next Mon to do the final round before we're off to the airport ;)

We're getting excited (didn't feel much when hubby's on ICT) & trying to gather more info on places to visit & the weather since the temperature gets a lil erratic. It's F&E.... due to limited number of days there, most time would be on shopping & eating.. :) Also trying to find out what's more appropriate to wear... colder please!! Hee!

Can't wait!!

Hi Anita

My condition was diagnosed by Dr Razmi Rahmat of Centre for Spine & Orthopaedic Surgery, which has a few branches -Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles & East Shore. He recommended an acupuncturist who used to practise in TTSH -Yong Kang Medical Hall Dr Ong Swee Ling Blk 78A, Telok Blangah St 32 #01-05, Singapore 101078 My condition improved after concurrent acupuncture treatments & physio. But due to my laziness, I stopped treatments after seeing improvements.

Last year, I had sort of a relapse. My left hand was numbed for 3months+ (24hours everyday literally). I was so worried as it didn't improve after treatments from my usual acupuncturist plus 3 other TCM physicians. I didn't go back to Dr Razmi as I'm not taking surgery as an option. I then tried alternative treatments. After 6 or 7 treatments, my numbness was completely gone. Thank God. Now I go for monthly treatment to maintain... but of course diet and exercise play a substantial part too.

Please take good care:)

Hi thanks. My condition is leaving me in immense back aches everyday. Seeing a chiro but not helping. Cos I hv additional probs.
What alt treatments do you go for? Are they the BRT ones you mentioned?

Oh... sounds quite serious...... & I can imagine...... previously the back pain could attack me anytime & last for days. Sometimes it got so bad that I would have persisting headache.

When did you first know about your condition? I went for chiro too but that's long time ago before I knew of my problem. It didn't help too. And you are right, it's BRT treatments that are helping me.

Diet wise, try not to eat nuts & beans. I'm a nuts lover so now have to put in lotsa efforts to control.

Hi thNks again. I went to the chiro cos of back pains and was told my spine was twisted. After X-rays, I found that I had bone spurs as well and the spondylosis Thingy.
My chiro is suggesting a programme which is pretty long term so I'm confused.
How much is BRt? Saw one at Amk, oasis of hope. But I'm pretty scared to try. Cancer in my family also.
