I was checking out the rates @ Ritz Carlton Singapore for one of our important guests. Know what, a Marina View Deluxe Room is going for S$480++ per night. And that's supposed to be our corporate rate. Last year, ours was S$350++ & with exactly S$480++, we could book a Marina View Premier Suite. In 2008, a Premier Suite Marina View is @ S$600++!
According to the manager, generally Singapore hotels have increased their rates 25% - 35% this year. If you are thinking about the period for F1 race in end Sept, please get ready at least S$2,000 for the same Premier Suite.
But despair not, the good news is... there are still weekend packages that start from S$330++.
